HOW TO SEND SIGNATURE IN E-MAIL

When done writing your e-mail.

Look for the folder or

file that contains your name that you have

down loaded onto your hard drive.

Your name is ready for your e-mail.

AOL users at the top of your

email is binoculars. Click onto them and insert picture

which would be your name from your hard drive

as a attachment at the end of your note or letter.

AOL users for 9.0 at the top of your email-click onto

the camera and look for your file to insert picture of your name.

FOOT NOTE: AOL (older version) users when you have inserted your new

signature name to your e-mail.

It will not show it's animation.

But, it will show when you send it.

The new AOL 9.0 Optimized

you will see the animation.

HOW TO USE OUTLOOK EXPRESS

1. Open Out look Express

2. File/New/Mail message

3. Place your cursor in the

body of the letter.

(this is a very important step)

4. At the top of the bar take your mouse go to

Insert....right click

a box will come open

Click onto picture.

another box will open.

6. Look for the file you want to insert by

clicking onto the browse button

find your name.gif).

Double click onto the name and click ok.

7. The picture will appear in the body of the letter

you just wrote.

8. Now send.

Don't have Outlook Express!

You can find another form

that will allow you to email and apply your name.
